Do's and Don'ts

Stay compliant and professional when sharing your Amare business on social media

Select Your Market:

FTC Compliance Is Required

As an Amare Brand Partner, you MUST comply with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regulations when promoting products. Violations can result in legal action, fines, and termination of your Brand Partner status.

Three Non-Negotiable Rules:

  • 1.Always disclose your material connection with Amare (#ad, #affiliate, or clear statement)
  • 2.Never make income claims (your earnings, potential earnings, lifestyle claims)
  • 3.Never make medical or health claims (cure, treat, diagnose diseases) - must not be false or misleading

Disclosure Requirements

  • βœ—Hidden in a list of 30 hashtags
  • βœ—Only in a reply to a comment
  • βœ—Using emojis instead of words (πŸ’œ doesn't count)
